Blitz Home Cleaning uses Google Firebase and Cloud Firestore to support the website booking system and store booking information.
Firestore is used to record booking details and manage cleaning availability.
Firebase App Check and reCAPTCHA Enterprise are also used to help protect the booking system from unauthorised or automated access.
Formspree
Formspree is used to process contact form submissions and to send booking notification emails to Blitz Home Cleaning.
When you submit a contact form or booking, information supplied through the form may therefore be processed by Formspree for the purpose of delivering that message or notification.
Website hosting
This website may also be hosted by a third-party website hosting provider. Like most website hosting services, technical information such as IP addresses and request information may be processed automatically for security, performance and operation of the website.
How long we keep information
Personal information is only kept for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected.
Booking records may be retained for a 6 month period after a clean has taken place so that Blitz Home Cleaning can manage customer enquiries, booking history and appropriate business records.
